Food was late, they put wrong items in my order, when I called the manager he lied saying he will send the correct items with the driver that evening, which never happened. I found a hair inside the samosa. Raja's have lost a very good customer due to their awful service.

Peri peri chicken fillets was so hard it was overheated and fries was like hard stick. I do normally enjoy from Raja’s but this time I felt like it was completely my waste of money ordering food from Raja’s 😔

The man never even attempted to listen to us regarding our collection. I asked him do toy understand that it's collection? His reply was was "yes but you asked for fresh". Once my husband phoned 30mins later asking where's our food, same man said that wr hadn't informed him it was pre ordered, which isn't true.

Food came at least one hour after order. Restaurant staff are largely rude, not fit to serve goats. Order was wrong cos there's a website error and all I get from whatever senior person who was on shift is ..."ok ok no argument I give you refund" which I didn't ask for and I still haven't received in any case. These guys routinely get orders wrong. Joke.

This place never lets me down always coming with the freshest ingredients and friendly staff, you can not beat there half chicken extra spicy rice and salad, garlic mayo sauce is perfect every time, every other chicken place can do one. Been coming here for over 8 years now. They should start doing loyalty cards tho for real

Service was quick. I always get the donner on pitta, the pitta was stale, the donner was super dry no sauce or salad. So binned it. Not only the price increased but the quality of food gone bad.
